Nikon Premium Membership Program is a loyalty program operated and managed by Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. (“Nikon India”). The Nikon Premium Member Program is available to all professional photographers and videographers using Nikon products imported and marketed by Nikon India Private Limited (“Nikon Professionals”). These terms and conditions relate to the membership, redeeming and rules of the Nikon Premium Membership Program.
Your subscribing to the Program and/or subsequent use of the Nikon Premium Member (NPM) loyalty card signifies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions that the subscriber acknowledges having read and accepted at the time of Nikon Premium Membership Program registration.
This Program’s membership is only available to Nikon professionals. By applying for this Program’s membership, you hereby accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and any additional terms and conditions as may be published from time to time at the sole discretion of Nikon India. These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
As a condition of use of this website, registration as a Program member or use of any benefits as an NPM, you agree to indemnify Nikon India and its affiliates from and against all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your acts or omissions, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.
